Nice job Rob! Great idea ... suprising none of the other brainless mishaps (including me)came up with this one! Pearls Bakery is definitely one of my favs too! And I guess i have to be thankful I never worked at the Barn either!!
Wasn't it the Kennedy's house that you guys TP'd? MY memory is of everyone being pissed at me for a while simply because my dad turned you in.
Red's shoe barn is like the black hole of retail. I went in there the other day and half of the people that I worked with in High school are STILL working there.
Actually, I recall my nickname being "Aker(insert anything here)er". Akersmasher was one of the nicer ones, though.
we tp'd two houses that night ... jen's house is the one we got in trouble for.
Arik, thank you for reminding me of your role in getting us in trouble... I had forgotten. I was happy to just blame Sheridan.
"Hopefully with some new blood we can revive this blog."
sure thing. If there's two things that rob and I are good at it, it's running our mouths, and blowing off work - which is what blogs are all about.
I agree with Arik, he and rob are very good at that.
Nice list, rob. good stuff.
I definitely remember sneaking out of Andy's house and pushing the cars down Stackpole Road to have some fun that evening. Remember that the Kennedy's set a trap for us. Rob, didn't your truck almost run out of gas too?
That would not suprise me. I very rarely put more than $5 of gas in my Mazda at a time.
If it died with more than 8 gallons of gas, I would be accused of being a poor steward of my resources.
i remember severely underestimating how heavy a wheelbarrow full of mud is and how hard it would be to transport.
Red's Shoe Barn rocks! Those who never worked there are just jealous of us highly skilled ones who got to do things like help old ladies with psoriosis try on shoes while their dry skin flaked all over us. Or help crazy ladies find the "just-right" rubber boots to wear for shoveling horse poop. Ah, retail, ya gotta love it!
You really know how to make a guy want to vomit.
