Sorry this came through on the front of the cafe site :( I am trying to post them like Shaun & Brian, etc. did, but I am not having any luck. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong???
No, I was trying to set up a little album of a few pictures of our family. You know, like the one you have w/your baby's ultrasound pictures, waterski pictures and pictures of your dog. I tried to set it up in snapfish and then just enter the url under my profile, but that didn't work. I've been looking at the help info. and will try to figure it out. Of course trying to do anything with my 3 year old "assistant" can prove to be quite challenging :)
I probably do it wrong, J, so if anyone has a better way of doing it, please let us all know, but what I've done is post each picture, then cut and paste each html code for each picture for one post, and paste it all into one. Then I go back and delete each of the extra posts. For some reason I couldn't figure out how to get Hello to post more than one at a time. I assume that there might be a way, but haven't taken the time to figure it out. My way has worked, just probably takes me a little longer.
Nice flowers, by the way! I've given Cheryl flowers in the past, but usually out of the blue and few and far between, so while I'm lousy at celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc., I've had great fun shocking her on rare occasions with bouquets of flowers. The shock value makes them all the more sweet. But that's me. ;)
And you were right about the yearbook pics....they never do anyone justice, and it's great to see the new and improved you, rather than pictures we wish everyone had never seen. My first image of Beka was a fourth grade picture, so I expected her to only be 3 1/2 feet tall and still getting her adult teeth. Needless to say, I was wrong, and instead found a great mother and hostess, and we were both able to pick on Ben, which of course unites many people. Despite the years and distance, this blog has been such a superb tool in uniting us and allowing us to make new friends, which is why I love this thing! Enough mushy stuff. Thanks for the pic!
One more quick note, J, most of us are using MSN Messenger for IMs, just incase you were wondering, and incase you might think of setting it up. I noticed the AOL name under your profile, so thought you might like that bit of info. If not, feel free to tell me to shut up. Everyone else does. At least they think about it. I know they do. I can feel it.
Thanks for the info. B, I will try a few of those tips and see if I can get them to work. I viewed your album and it is great! How does Cheryl handle living in a house full of men???? She will receive an extra crown in heaven for that :) Now, I thought I read some where that you & Cheryl met at SENHCA. Is that correct, or did I misread something? If you were at SENHCA, what years were you there?
Yes, we did meet at SENHCA, but I was only there for a year and a half (Junior year and half of Senior). Cheryl of course, had been there much longer than me, hence the reason she had yearbooks with your picture in them! And yes, she's get a much bigger crown than I - I probably won't get one at all anyway, she'll get mine too, but she has managed with us, and deserves the crowns anyway. She's had to put up with alot!

the album is separate from the blog ... go to www.myphotoalbum.com to create one of your own and upload pictures.
if you want to post more than one picture in each post using Hello, before you post the picture, use the following character in the comments "||" - it's usually above the backslash "\" character - and it's called the pipe. Hard to explain ... or check out http://forums.picasa.com/viewtopic.php?t=2120 for more info.
Thanks Shaun, I'll give that a try :) By the way, your Mum is so good about keeping me up to date with all of your family's adventures by sending me a copy of her annual Christmas letter. She is such a wonderful lady :) I truly beleive she is the only reason my cousin Jeff (Torno) made it through high school. I'll see if Jeff has a computer these days, and try to get him hooked up with the FC too. He had a computer at one time, but if my memory serves me right, it got thrown out the window, literally. OUCH! I'll have to check into that.....
